9.16 QR Codes (For Open Houses, Flyers)

Purpose:

Easily generate QR (Quick Response) codes within Close Master that link physical marketing materials directly to your online assets. Excellent for:

  • Open house sign-in sheets (linking to a digital Form).
  • Listing flyers/brochures (linking to the specific property Funnel/landing page).
  • Business cards (linking to your main website or contact page).
  • Yard signs (linking to virtual tour or listing details).

Creating a QR Code:

  1. Navigate to Sites → QR Codes tab.
  2. Click + Create QR Code.
  3. Name: Give your QR code an internal name for tracking (e.g., "Open House Sign-In Form QR", "123 Main St Listing Flyer QR").
  4. Select Type / Destination: Choose what the QR code should link to:
    • Website URL: Most common. Paste the full URL of the destination (e.g., the link to your specific funnel step, website page, form link, virtual tour link).
    • Other options might include linking directly to initiate an SMS, Phone Call, Email, send Contact Card (vCard), etc.
  5. Customize Appearance (Optional): Change the Color of the QR code, potentially add your Logo in the center (ensure it doesn't obscure too much of the code).
  6. Download: Click Download and choose the format (PNG for general use, SVG for high-resolution printing/scaling).

Using the QR Code:

Add the downloaded QR code image file to your print marketing materials (flyers, signs, brochures, cards). Visitors scan the code with their smartphone camera to instantly access the linked online resource. Basic scan analytics (number of scans) might be available within the QR Codes tab in Close Master.
