Workflow
Action 'Voicemail'):- Purpose: Allows you to send a pre-recorded audio message directly to a contact's voicemail system without their phone actually ringing (sometimes called "Ringless Voicemail"). Can be useful for less urgent follow-ups or updates.
- How it Works:
- Record your voicemail message as an audio file (

- Receiving Voicemails: When someone calls your
LC Phone
number and the call isn't answered (based on routing rules and timeouts), it can go to voicemail.- Setup:

Incoming Call Timeout
is set appropriately low (e.g., 20-30 seconds) in the Number Configuration (Settings
→Phone Numbers
). - Upload a custom Voicemail Greeting (

) either globally for the account (Settings
