5.5 Customizing Opportunity Cards (Displaying Key Deal Info)

You can control which key pieces of information are displayed directly on the face of the Opportunity cards when viewing the pipeline board, allowing you to see the most relevant details at a glance without needing to click into each card.

How to Customize Card Appearance:

  1. Navigate to the Opportunities section and select the Pipeline you want to customize.
  2. Look for a Manage Fields, Card Settings, or similar customization button, often located near the top right of the board view. Click this button.
  3. A settings panel or popup will appear, typically with tabs:
    • Fields Tab: Provides a list of available fields (Standard Opportunity fields and Opportunity Custom Fields). Check the boxes next to the fields you want to display on the card face. You can usually select a limited number (e.g., up to ~7 fields). Choose wisely! Good options often include: Contact Name, Opportunity Name, Opportunity Value ($), Assigned Owner (Agent), Opportunity Source, and key Custom Fields like Property Address or Closing Date.
    • Counters / Indicators Tab: Allows you to enable small icons on the card indicating related activity, such as: Unread Messages (in Conversations), Tasks Due, Notes Added, Next Appointment Scheduled. Check the boxes for the indicators you find useful.
    • Layout Tab (Optional): Might offer choices like Default or Compact view for the cards.
  4. Save or Apply Changes: Click Save or Apply. You might see an option to Apply to all pipelines or just the current one.
  5. Note: Card display settings are often specific to your user login and browser session.

Customize your cards to surface the information your team needs most frequently when scanning the pipeline board.
