The default view in the Contacts
section usually shows the All
contacts tab, often sorted by the most recently active or most recently added contact first. You can customize this view to see the information most relevant to your immediate needs.
- Customizing Visible Columns: Tailor the list view to display the data points you need most frequently for your real estate activities.
- Click the
Columns
button: Find this button, usually located near the top right corner of the contact list table. - Select/Deselect Fields: A panel or dropdown will appear listing available fields. Check the boxes next to the standard fields (
Name
,Email
,Phone
,Tags
,Last Activity
,Owner
(Assigned Agent),Date Added
) and, importantly, anyCustom Fields
relevant to your current task (e.g.,Property Type Interest
,Lead Source
,Buyer Timeline
,Listing Status
,Price Range Max
). Uncheck fields you don't need to see to reduce clutter. - Reorder Columns: In the
Columns
configuration panel, click and drag the selected field names up or down to change the order in which the columns appear from left to right in the table. Place the most important fields first. - Apply Changes: Click
Apply
or close the panel. The contact list view will update instantly to reflect your chosen columns and order. Note: These column preferences are often specific to your user login and browser, so other team members might have different views.

- Navigating Large Lists: Use the
Pagination
controls at the bottom of the list to move through pages if you have more contacts than fit on one screen. Consider increasing theRows per page
value (e.g., to 100) if you prefer scrolling over clicking through pages frequently. - Using Quick Search: For finding a specific person or a small group quickly, type their
Name
,Email
,Phone Number
, or a specificTag
into the mainSearch Bar
at the top of theContacts
screen and press Enter. The list will instantly filter to show matching records.
