  • Login: Use your standard Close Master email and password (+ 2FA).
  • Key Uses for Agents: Indispensable for:
    • Instant lead response via Conversations (SMS, Email, DMs).
    • Checking Calendars and updating appointment Status (Showed/No Show).
    • Accessing Contact details and communication history.
    • Making calls/texts using your agency LC Phone number.
    • Updating Opportunity stages.
    • Managing assigned Tasks.
    • Scanning business cards.
    • Potentially using Tap to Pay (POS) if enabled.
  • Limitations: Not for building (Workflows, Sites, Forms), complex configuration (Settings), detailed reporting, or bulk actions. Use the web version for those.
