22.5 Reputation Management Settings (Review Links/Messages)

Purpose:

Configure the default settings used by the Reputation management features (See 8.3 / 15.4), particularly for sending review requests.

Access:

Navigate to SettingsReputation Management.

Configuration Options:

  • Review Link: Enter the primary URL where you want to direct clients to leave reviews (e.g., your agency's Google review link, Zillow profile review page, or a specific agent's review link).
  • Review Balancing: Optionally enable this to alternate review requests between Google and Facebook links (requires both to be connected).
  • Request Messages: Customize the default Email, SMS, and potentially WhatsApp message templates used when sending review requests (manually or via workflow). Ensure the {{review_request_link}} merge tag is included, which dynamically inserts the Review Link you set above.
  • (Optional) Recurring Requests: Configure settings if you want the system to automatically follow up if a review request isn't acted upon (use cautiously).
  • AI Settings: Configure options related to AI-suggested or automated replies to reviews (if feature is enabled/used).
  • Spam Detection: Settings related to preventing abuse of the review request system.
