22.21 Company Billing (Viewing Usage for LC Phone/Email/AI)

Purpose:

Provides visibility into your account's usage of billable Close Master services (like LC Phone calls/SMS, LC Email sends, Content AI/Conversation AI usage, Number Validation, Premium Workflow Actions, etc.) that are typically deducted from your Sub-Account Wallet. Allows you to monitor costs and ensure sufficient funds.

Access:

Navigate to SettingsCompany Billing.

Key Tabs:

  • Usage Tab: Shows a breakdown of usage for various billable features over a selected period. Displays quantities used (e.g., # SMS segments sent, # call minutes used, # emails sent, # AI words generated) and often the associated rates and total cost per feature. Helps you understand where your usage costs are coming from.
  • Transactions Tab: Shows a ledger of debits (usage charges) and credits (funds added) to your account's Wallet balance.
  • Wallet Balance: Displays the current amount of funds remaining in your Wallet.
  • Manage Wallet / Add Funds: Options to add funds to your Wallet may be available here or handled directly through your billing arrangement with The Close Agency. Maintain a positive balance to avoid interruption of billable services like phone and email.
