22.20 Audit Logs

Purpose:

Provides a detailed, chronological log of virtually all significant actions performed by users within your Close Master sub-account. Essential for security monitoring, troubleshooting unexpected changes, and tracking user activity.

Access:

Navigate to Settings → Audit Logs.

Functionality:

• View Log: See a list of events including Timestamp, User who performed the action, Module/Section affected (e.g., Contacts, Workflows, Settings), and a Description of the action (e.g., "User Logged In," "Contact Created," "Workflow Updated," "User Permission Changed," "Contact Deleted").
• Filtering: Filter the logs by Date Range, specific User, or Module to investigate specific incidents or activities.
• Use Cases: Investigate who deleted a contact, track changes made to a workflow, monitor login activity, review permission changes.
