22.15 Conversation AI Settings

Purpose:

Configure settings for the Conversation AI chatbot feature (if enabled/subscribed for your account).

Access:

Navigate to SettingsConversation AI.

Configuration Areas (Admin Setup):

  • Set Bot Mode (Suggestive vs. Autopilot).
  • Select active Channels.
  • Train the Bot (Provide Website URLs, Upload Knowledge Base PDFs, Add Q&A Pairs).
  • Define Bot Prompt/Personality/Instructions.
  • Set Bot Goals (Book Appointment, Collect Info, Trigger Workflow).
  • Configure Appointment Booking preferences (Calendars, logic).
  • Set Human Handoff rules.

Requires careful setup, training, and monitoring for effective use.
