22.13 Integrations (Connecting Google, FB, Payments)

Purpose:

Central hub for connecting and managing integrations with key third-party platforms.

Access:

Navigate to SettingsIntegrations.

Key Actions:

  • Connect Accounts: Click Connect for services like Google (for GMB/Ads), Facebook & Instagram (for Pages/Ads/DMs), Payment Gateways (Stripe/PayPal - likely done by agency), Ad Platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads), QuickBooks Online, Slack. Follow login and authorization prompts, granting ALL requested permissions. Select specific Pages/Ad Accounts/Profiles to link.
  • Lead Ad Form Mapping (CRUCIAL): After connecting Ad platforms (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), navigate to the platform-specific Form Fields Mapping section within Integrations. Enable your Lead Ad forms, click Map Fields, and match ad questions to Close Master Contact fields accurately. Save mappings. (See 17.4).
  • View Connection Status: Check if integrations are currently connected and active. Reconnect if tokens expire or issues arise.
