20.4 Mobile App Limitations (Configuration Done on Web)

While powerful for core communication and CRM updates, the Lead Connector mobile app is designed as a *companion* to the full-featured web browser version. It does not replicate all functionality. Key limitations include:

  • No Building/Complex Editing: You cannot build or significantly edit complex assets like:
    • Workflows (cannot create/modify automation sequences).
    • Websites or Funnels (cannot use the page builder).
    • Forms or Surveys (cannot create or edit).
    • Email Templates (cannot design visual templates).
    • Calendars (cannot create new calendars or edit advanced settings, only book appointments on existing ones).
    • Pipelines (cannot create new pipelines or edit stages).
  • No Core Configuration / Settings Management: You cannot access or manage most account-level Settings, such as:
    • Connecting Integrations (Google, Facebook, Payments, etc.).
    • Purchasing or configuring Phone Numbers or Compliance.
    • Managing Domains.
    • Creating/Managing Custom Fields, Custom Values, or Tags.
    • Managing Team (My Staff) users or permissions.
    • Configuring Memberships or Affiliate Manager.
  • Limited Reporting & Analytics: You cannot access the detailed reports found in the main Reporting section of the web app. Dashboard view might be limited.
  • No Complex Bulk Actions: You generally cannot perform advanced bulk operations on contacts (like complex filtering followed by bulk tagging or workflow adds) via the mobile app.

The Rule of Thumb: Use the Lead Connector mobile app for communication, viewing schedules, managing tasks, and making quick updates to contacts and opportunities while on the move. Use the web browser version of Close Master on your computer for all building, configuration, detailed reporting, and complex management tasks.
