20.2 Key Features & Navigation for Agents on the Go

The Lead Connector app provides access to the most critical features needed for managing leads and client interactions in the field. The interface is optimized for mobile use.

  • Bottom Tab Bar (Primary Navigation): The main way to navigate between core sections typically includes tabs for:
    • Conversations: Access the unified inbox.
    • Calendars: View your schedule.
    • Contacts: Access your CRM database.
    • Opportunities: View your sales pipelines.
    • (More or other icons might be present depending on version/configuration).
  • Side Menu (Hamburger Icon ): Often provides access to additional sections like Tasks, Reviews, Settings (limited), etc.
  • Conversations:
    • View your unified inbox (All, Unread, Recent, Starred).
    • Read and reply to SMS, Email, Facebook/Instagram DMs, GMB messages, WhatsApp*.
    • Use Templates/Snippets, Custom Values, attach Photos/Files, send Voice Notes.
    • Mark conversations read/unread, star, assign to other users.
    • Initiate outbound Calls (uses LC Phone), schedule Appointments, request Payments.
    • Receive push notifications for new messages (ensure notifications are enabled in app and phone settings).
  • Contacts:
    • View your contact list (or assigned contacts).
    • Search for contacts by name, email, phone, tag.
    • Tap a contact to view their details (Phone, Email, Tags, Address, Custom Fields, recent Activity).
    • Initiate Call, SMS, or Email directly from the contact view.
    • Add internal Notes or create Tasks linked to the contact.
    • Book Appointments for the contact.
    • Add New Contacts: Use the + icon.
    • Scan Business Cards: Look for a Camera Icon or Business Card Icon within the Contacts section to scan physical cards and auto-populate new contact fields (review before saving - See 2.12).
  • Calendars:
    • View your upcoming appointments in a list or daily agenda view.
    • Tap an appointment to see details (Contact, Time, Location, Notes).
    • CRUCIAL: Update Past Appointment Status: Easily find past appointments and change their status to Showed or No Show.
    • Manually book new appointments using the + icon (or "Schedule" button) → Select Calendar, Contact, Date/Time.
    • View bookings on Service Calendars if applicable.
  • Opportunities:
    • Select the Pipeline you want to view from a dropdown.
    • See Stages as columns (swipe horizontally to view all).
    • View Opportunity cards within each stage.
    • Tap a card to see details (Value, Stage, Owner, linked Contact info).
    • Move cards between stages (often via drag-and-drop or by tapping an action button on the card details).
    • Add Notes or Tasks specifically related to an opportunity.
  • Tasks:
    • View tasks assigned to you (filter by due date, status).
    • Mark tasks as complete.
    • View task details, edit (limited), or create new tasks.
  • Reviews (Reputation):
    • View recent reviews from connected Google/Facebook profiles.
    • Potentially reply directly to Google/FB reviews.
    • Manually send review requests to contacts.
  • Payments Hub ($ Icon - If Enabled):
    • Access POS (Point of Sale) / Tap to Pay features (requires specific setup, compatible device like Stripe Reader M2, and Stripe gateway) to collect in-person card payments.
    • View, create, send Invoices; record manual payments.
    • View, create, send Estimates.
