20.1 Getting Started: Downloading & Logging In (Use "Lead Connector")

  1. Download the Correct App:
    • Go to the Apple App Store (for iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store (for Android devices).
    • Search specifically for Lead Connector. Look for the official app icon associated with the platform (often similar to the Close Master branding provided by The Close Agency).
    • IMPORTANT: Install the Lead Connector app. Do NOT install other apps like the base "HighLevel" app unless specifically instructed by The Close Agency. While the "Kollab by LeadConnector" app exists (See 13.2), it's primarily focused on accessing Memberships Courses and Communities – Lead Connector is the primary app for CRM, communication, and pipeline management on the go.
  2. Install and Open: Install the app like any other mobile application and open it.
  3. Log In:
    • Use the exact same Email Address and Password that you use to log into the web browser version of Close Master.
    • You will likely need to complete the Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) step by entering the 6-digit code sent to your email or SMS, just like on the web login.
  4. Select Account (If Prompted): If The Close Agency manages multiple locations or you have access to different sub-accounts, you might be prompted to select your specific agency's workspace after logging in.
