2.11 Social Media Lead Ads (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn Integration)

Purpose:

Capture leads instantly and directly from specialized lead generation ad formats running on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. These ad types allow users to submit their information via a pre-filled form directly within the social media app, often leading to higher conversion rates, especially on mobile devices.

Setup (CRUCIAL Steps - Requires Admin Permissions):

  1. Connect Ad Account Integration: First, ensure the relevant advertising account (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is connected to Close Master under SettingsIntegrations. Grant all necessary permissions during the connection process. (See Chapter 17.1 / 17.3).
  2. Create Lead Form Natively: Build your lead generation form directly within the native advertising platform's interface (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Events Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager). Define the questions you want to ask (e.g., Name, Email, Phone, City, Property Type Interest).
  3. Map Form Fields (CRUCIAL Step in Close Master): This step tells Close Master how to interpret the data coming from your ad form.
    • Navigate within Close Master to SettingsIntegrations.
    • Find the specific platform section (e.g., Facebook Form Fields Mapping, TikTok Form Fields Mapping, LinkedIn Form Fields Mapping).
    • You should see a list of the lead forms associated with your connected ad account(s). Locate the specific form you just created or want to integrate.
    • Enable the toggle next to the form name to activate mapping for it.
    • Click the Map Fields button (or similar).
    • A mapping interface will appear. On the left, you'll see the questions from your ad form. On the right, for each question, you need to select the corresponding Close Master Contact Field from the dropdown menu where you want that data stored (e.g., map the ad form question "Email Address" to the Close Master field Email, map "What's your budget?" to your Custom Field named Budget Range). Map ALL relevant fields accurately.
    • Click Save to save the field mapping for that form.

Lead Capture Mechanism:

  • Automatic Contact Creation/Update: When a user submits your integrated lead ad form on the social platform, the data is instantly sent to Close Master (based on your mapping). Close Master automatically creates a new Contact or updates an existing one with the submitted information.
  • Trigger Automation Immediately: This is ideal for rapid lead response. Use the platform-specific Workflow trigger:
    • Facebook Lead Form Submitted
    • TikTok Form Submitted
    • LinkedIn Lead Gen Form Submitted
    Filter the trigger by the exact Form Name you mapped. This allows you to start an immediate automated follow-up sequence (e.g., send welcome SMS/email, assign to agent, add tags) the moment the lead comes in.
