19.1 Content AI: Assisting with Listing Descriptions, Emails, Social Posts, Blogs

Purpose:

Content AI acts as a built-in writing assistant integrated directly into many of the text editors throughout Close Master. It uses generative AI (similar to models like ChatGPT) to help you draft new content, rewrite existing text, improve grammar and style, adjust tone, or summarize information quickly.

Accessing Content AI:

Look for a specific Content AI icon (often looks like a star, sparkle, magic wand, or robot head) within the toolbar of text editors in these common areas:

  • Social Planner Composer: Generate or refine captions for your social media posts (See 15.1).
  • Blog Post Editor: Draft blog articles, generate outlines, or rewrite sections (See 9.12).
  • Email Builder: Generate or refine text content within Text elements for Email Templates or Campaigns (See 6.3).
  • Website/Funnel Builder: Generate or refine text content within Headline or Paragraph elements (See 9.6).
  • (Potentially) SMS Composer / Notes / Other Text Areas: Availability might expand to other text input fields.

How to Use Content AI:

  • Generate New Content:
    1. Place your cursor where you want to insert AI-generated text or click the Content AI icon in an empty editor.
    2. The AI prompt window appears. You may need to choose a specific Goal (e.g., Write Blog Post, Write Social Media Post, Write Email).
    3. Fill in the Prompts: Provide clear instructions:
      • Title/Topic: What is the subject? (e.g., "Listing Description for 123 Main St", "Blog Post about Staging Tips", "Welcome Email for New Buyer Leads").
      • Description/Context: Be specific! Provide key details, features, target audience, desired outcome. (See 19.4 for prompting best practices).
      • Keywords: List important terms to include.
      • Tone of Voice: Select from options like Professional, Friendly, Luxury, Witty, Persuasive, Informative.
      • Number of Variations: Choose how many different draft options you want the AI to generate.
    4. Click Generate. The AI will process your request.
    5. Review the Variations: Read through the different text options generated by the AI.
    6. Select and Use: Choose the variation you like best. You can often Copy the text to paste it elsewhere or directly Insert it into your editor.
    7. CRUCIAL: Edit and Refine: Never use AI-generated content verbatim without review. Always read it carefully, edit it for accuracy, ensure it reflects your agency's unique voice and branding, check for repetitive phrasing, and make any necessary adjustments. The AI is a drafting assistant, not a final writer.
  • Refine Existing Text:
    1. Highlight the text within the editor that you want the AI to modify.
    2. Click the Content AI icon.
    3. Choose the desired Action from the menu presented (options typically include):
      • Improve Writing: General enhancement of clarity and flow.
      • Fix Spelling & Grammar: Correct errors.
      • Make Shorter / Summarize: Condense the text.
      • Make Longer / Expand: Elaborate on the text (use cautiously, ensure value is added).
      • Simplify Language: Make the text easier to understand.
      • Change Tone: Rewrite the text in a different selected tone (e.g., make a formal paragraph sound more friendly).
    4. Review Suggestions: The AI will provide one or more rewritten suggestions based on your chosen action.
    5. Accept or Modify: Choose to Replace the original text with the suggestion, Insert it, or Copy it. Again, always review and refine the AI's output.
  • Generate Images (Available within Social Planner):
    1. When creating a social post, click the Upload Media icon.
    2. Select the option Generate Image with AI.
    3. Describe the image you want in detail (e.g., "Professional real estate agent shaking hands with happy couple in front of modern suburban house, sunny day, realistic style").
    4. Choose the number of Variations and potentially a Style (e.g., Photorealistic, Cartoon, Watercolor).
    5. Click Generate.
    6. Review the generated image options.
    7. Select the image you like best.
    8. Click Continue or Use Image to add it to your social post.
