18.6 The Referral Partner Portal: What Your Partners See

Close Master provides a dedicated, branded portal where your approved referral partners (Affiliates) can log in to access their information, track their performance (based on the data you input or track), and get their unique resources.

Access:

Partners log in using the Client Portal URL (your custom domain) with the email address they were registered with and the password they set (or via a magic link). The system recognizes them as affiliates and shows them the relevant affiliate dashboard sections.

Key Sections Typically Available in the Partner Portal:

  • Dashboard: Provides an overview of their referral activity summary: total Clicks (from their links, if used), Leads attributed, Customers attributed (based on tracking/manual credits), Pending Commissions ($ amount), Approved Commissions ($ amount), Total Paid Commissions ($ amount).
  • Campaigns: Allows partners to view the details (description, commission structure) of the specific referral Campaigns they are currently enrolled in.
  • Links: Crucial for online tracking. This section displays their unique Affiliate Tracking Links for each campaign they are part of (if the campaign was linked to a website/funnel asset). They can copy these links to share via email, social media, or on their website. Clicks on these links are tracked (subject to cookie life).
  • Leads / Customers: Shows lists of contacts attributed to them via link tracking or manual attribution.
  • Commissions / Ledger: Provides a detailed breakdown of all individual commission records generated for them, showing the date, customer referred (if available), amount, and status (Pending, Approved, Paid, Denied).
  • Creatives: If you (as the Admin) upload promotional materials (like logos, banners, email swipe copy, flyers) to the Affiliate Manager → Creatives tab, partners can access and download these assets from their portal to help them promote your agency.
  • Payouts: Shows a history of the actual payments they have received (based on commissions you marked as Paid).
  • (If Applicable) Sub-Affiliates: If you enabled the 2nd Tier commission structure, partners might find their unique recruitment link here and see a list of affiliates they have recruited.
  • Settings / Profile: Allows partners to update their basic profile information and potentially view or update their preferred payout information (e.g., enter their PayPal email or mailing address) for your reference during manual payments.

Providing access to this portal empowers your referral partners and adds transparency to the program.
