After connecting your Facebook Ads
, TikTok Ads
, or LinkedIn Ads
accounts, you MUST map the fields from your native Lead Ads forms to ensure the data flows correctly into Close Master
contact records.
- Navigate: Go back to
Settings
→Integrations
. - Find Platform Mapping: Click into the specific platform section (e.g.,
Facebook Form Fields Mapping
,TikTok Form Fields Mapping
,LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms Mapping
). - Locate Your Form: Find the name of the Lead Ad form you created in the native ad platform (e.g.,
Facebook Ads Manager
). - Enable Toggle: Turn the toggle switch ON for the form you want to integrate.

Map Fields
. - Match Fields (
CRUCIAL
): The mapping interface appears. On the left are the fields/questions from your ad form. On the right, for each ad form field, select the correspondingClose Master
Contact Field
from the dropdown where you want that specific piece of data stored (e.g., Map ad field "Full Name" toClose Master
fieldFull Name
; Map "Email" toEmail
; Map "Phone Number" toPhone
; Map "Budget Estimate?" to yourCustom Field

). Map all fields accurately. Use standard fields where possible and relevantCustom Fields
you've created for specific real estate questions. - Click
Save
to save the mapping for that form.
Result:
Once mapping is saved, submissions from that specific Lead Ad form will automatically create or update Contact
records in Close Master
with the data correctly placed in the designated fields. This also enables the use of platform-specific Workflow
triggers (like Facebook Lead Form Submitted
) filtered by the form name for immediate automated follow-up. Repeat mapping for every Lead Ad form you run.
