17.1 Connecting Core Platforms (Google: GMB/Ads/Calendar, Facebook/Instagram)

These are fundamental integrations for most real estate agencies.

  • Google Integration:
    • Connect: Click Connect under the Google section. Log in to the Google account that manages your agency's Google Business Profile (GMB) and Google Ads account. Grant ALL requested permissions to Close Master (LeadConnector).
    • Select Accounts: After connecting, explicitly select the specific GMB Page(s) and Google Ads Account ID(s) you want to link to this Close Master sub-account from the dropdown lists provided.
    • Enable Features: Ensure toggles for GMB Messaging and potentially GMB Call Tracking (if desired) are enabled. Verify the correct Google Ads account is linked for reporting and conversion tracking.
    • Purpose: Enables managing GMB reviews/messages in Conversations (8.1), GMB posting via Social Planner (15.1), Google Ads Reporting (16.3), and sending conversion data back to Google Ads via Workflows (17.3).
    • Individual Calendar Sync: Note that individual agents connect their *own* Google Calendars and Google Meet accounts separately via their My ProfileIntegrations section for 2-way calendar syncing and meeting link generation (See 21.2).
  • Facebook & Instagram Integration:
    • Connect: Click Connect under the Facebook section. Log in to the personal Facebook profile that has Admin access to your agency's Facebook Page. CRUCIAL: Grant ALL requested permissions during the authorization flow.
    • (Prerequisite): Ensure your Instagram account is a Business Profile and is correctly linked to the corresponding Facebook Page in your Facebook Page settings *before* connecting here.
    • Select Assets: Choose the specific Facebook Page(s) you want to connect. Ensure the toggles for Facebook Messenger and Instagram Direct Messages are ON. Select the correct Facebook Ad Account(s) associated with your agency for reporting and Lead Ad integration.
    • Purpose: Enables managing Facebook & Instagram DMs in Conversations (8.1), posting via Social Planner (15.1), integrating Facebook/Instagram Lead Ads (17.4), Facebook Ads Reporting (16.4), and sending conversion data via Facebook Conversion API (CAPI) (17.3).
    • Reconnection: Facebook/Instagram connections use tokens that expire periodically or if permissions change. You may need to Reconnect these integrations occasionally by going back to SettingsIntegrations and re-authorizing.
