16.4 Facebook & Instagram Ads Reporting (If Running Ads)

Purpose:

Analyze performance data pulled from your connected Facebook Ads account (this includes ads running on Instagram via Ads Manager). Shows ad spend related to clicks and potentially conversions tracked via the Meta Pixel and/or Conversion API (CAPI) events sent from Close Master.

Data Shown (Select Date Range):

  • Amount Spent: Total spent on Facebook/Instagram ads.
  • Impressions: Times ads were shown.
  • Link Clicks: Clicks specifically on links in your ads.
  • CTR (Link Click-Through Rate).
  • Avg. CPC (Average Cost Per Link Click).
  • Conversions: Number of conversion events (e.g., Lead, CompleteRegistration, Purchase) attributed *by Facebook* based on data received from your Pixel and/or CAPI setup. Requires sending events from Close Master pages or workflows.
  • CPA (Cost Per Acquisition/Conversion): Spend ÷ Conversions.

Requirements:

Active Facebook Ads integration, correct URL Parameters applied to ads, working Meta Pixel installed on landing pages, and ideally CAPI events being sent from Close Master Workflows for key conversion actions.
