11.6 Memberships Analytics: Tracking Progress & Engagement

Purpose:

Monitor how your members are interacting with your course content and measure the effectiveness of your training or resources.

Accessing:

Navigate to MembershipsAnalytics tab.

Key Reports Available:

  • Revenue: (If selling paid Offers) Tracks sales revenue generated from your membership products over time. Filter by Offer or date range.
  • Product Progress: Shows member completion rates for your courses (Products). Drill down to see progress by Category and Lesson. Helps identify where members might be getting stuck or dropping off. You can also manually mark lessons/modules as complete for specific members here if needed.
  • Video Stats: Provides engagement data specifically for videos hosted within Close Master Memberships. See metrics like:
    • Total Plays.
    • Average Watch Time.
    • Audience Retention graphs (shows where viewers drop off during the video).
    • Engagement per video. Useful for optimizing video content length and structure.
  • Assessments: View results for your Quizzes and Assignments. See submission numbers, pass/fail rates, average scores, and individual responses. (See 11.4).

Using Analytics:

Use these reports to monitor agent progress in onboarding programs, see which client resources are most accessed, identify popular or problematic lessons, understand how engaging your video training is, and track sales if applicable. Use the insights to improve your content and training strategies.
